About Arisa

Arisa is a former Japanese language teacher, an active dancer and a dance teacher with 16 years of teaching experiences in Australia and internationally. In 2022, she completed her Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology after investing her full 2 years in extensive clinical training under the wings of two exceptional Pilates practitioners - Bruce Hildebrand and Miriam Jones through Tensegrity Training in Richmond, Victoria, Australia.

Arisa focuses on improving your physical fitness but also pays special attention to your unique needs, whether you are recovering from injuries, managing pain, or looking to enhance your performance in sports and dance. Arisa's combination of dance and Pilates expertise allows her to bring a creative and effective approach to you, promoting overall wellness and a balanced lifestyle.

Arisa’s comprehensive training and qualifications make her well-equipped to guide you through a variety of exercises aimed at strengthening and releasing targeted muscles. The use of both mat exercises and various Pilates apparatus such as the Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Barrel indicates a diverse and well-rounded approach to your well-being.
